Staff is incompetent!nI called ahead to request pink bubble gum for a child’s party. I was assured they had it in stock & that it was delivered yesterday. Upon arrival there were 2 empty tubs of ice cream but no pink bubble gum on display. One would think they would put out the summer flavors of ice cream being that it is July 21st. To make matters worst I was sold ice cream that was probably from 3 summers ago. Because the gum disintegrated.nI explained to management that I have been a loyal customer of Baskin Robbins pink bubble Ice cream for over 20yrs. When it’s old the gum disintegrates into the ice cream so you can’t enjoy the gum. He lied to my face telling me it’s new.nThe kids are extremely disappointed!!!
While the Sundays aren't what they used to be it still gets the job done when the favorite spot is either closed or too far out of the way.
Convenient locale on state route 25 (main street), the main north/south route through town; drive thru available. This location also has a dunkin as well so that makes it a very busy shop, especially at peak hours, and as such I've found that service can be a little subpar and frustratingly so, especially on weekends.
I waited 20 minutes at drive through window with nobody in line ahead of me for a small ice cream. It happened twice this summer. The service is awful.
