Very surprised and happy with my experience here. I wasn't sure what to expect, as it was my first time doing infrared sauna at a dedicated place for this. Very clean, very professional. Offered clean towels, robes. Everything was easy to use and explained perfectly. You can connect your phone to the bluetooth in the IR sauna to listen to your favorite podcast, music or book. Michael was an excellent host as well, and pricing seems appropriate.

Sauna is bright, clean and hot. The full body cryotherapy treatment is done with the utmost care and attention. The staff are always kind, and prepared. Thank you for your attention. Much appreciated. Tam

Mike was awesome and gave us a tour of the facility. We did did the cryo and red light therapy. We left feeling awesome.. Would definitely recommend Remedy to anyone!
