It was my first experience of visiting Salt Cave. I am very happy to make my choice. This place is really well organized. They have a lot of products for your skin, even they have wine cups which I like to collect. Jinny was very helpful. She gave me an information about a salt cave; moreover, she explained to me how good it is for your health in general. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone whom I know.

Salt Cave of Darien is the best! Staff is great! Very welcoming and friendly. The sessions are so relaxing. It is an easy healthy choice to make. I love coming and will continue with my sessions for a long time.

I went to The Salt Cave of Darien for a special event. Vega Aerial Fitness fused with The Salt Cave of Darien and it was amazing. We did an Aerial Yoga class in the salt cave. It was an amazing experience! The salt cave is like walking onto another planet, and the yoga using the silks was spectacular. I had an amazing experience and I felt more comfortable than ever. I highly recommend going into a salt cave and breathing in that salty air. I felt so replenished when I left. I am looking into booking a private room with friends. I do hope they do another aerial yoga fusion class.

Such a great experience! Came in after a very stressful day and left feeling relaxed and happy. Highly recommend to anyone looking to just relax and detox. Amazing add on services were available as well, can't wait to try a massage while hanging out in the salt cave!

I had the pleasure of experiencing the Private Salt Cave. It was an incredible experience! and during my I was extremely relaxed during the experience. I feel more energized now. I am doing this again and again! And I highly recommend this experience for anyone who is looking to relax and recharge. The staff was very professional and attentive. I am so grateful for this experience.
