The staff at Anderson's was fantastic. They were very knowledgeable. Darron was especially helpful. We will definitely use these guys again in the future!
I’ve never given a bad review but this is the first time I have felt it was necessary. I needed to have parts ordered and my gas fireplace cleaned. They sent a couple guys out. They “cleaned” the fireplace and called back to the office to order parts. The fireplace wasn’t properly cleaned and immediately turned the glass and the side of my house black. Then I went and picked up the part.Took it back home and had a third party heating specialist go to put it in. Wrong part. Drove back to Anderson’s and returned. They were put out that I got the wrong part like I did the order. There wasn’t a sorry for the inconvenience or any remorse or let’s refund you on the cleaning that wasn’t done properly. My fault. Hopefully this is not everyone’s experience. People have bad days, we are human, but this was unpleasant from start to finish.
Super friendly and informative staff made our decision to get our new fireplace here. From the initial greeting through the entire process of picking stone, mantle and installation, it could not have gone better.nnWe visited the rest and this store and their people are the best!
Eddy was terrific with the whole process to include the design, ordering, follow-up and pick-up!
