We went here after a disappointing high pressure sales situation at conlins and what a difference! The prices on the furniture are the actual prices (no ‘let me talk with my manager to see what kind of deal we can get you’) and they leave you alone to browse! We got a gorgeous flexsteel couch that was cheaper at Britney’s than anywhere online and they held it for us with no deposit for 6 weeks while we waited for some swatches to come in. Fantastic customer service, great prices, no pressure, great return policy. I’ll be shopping here again!
If you want great service after you purchase... then these are the people you want to deal with. We bought a sofa and had it delivered as expected, then it turned out that it clashed with out decor. We tried to justify it for a week and we went back to get a bed and saw the perfect sofa!!! They swapped with no questions asked!! Great customer service!!!
I was truly surprised. I got the perfect couch, under my budget, with immediate delivery. Their showroom has a real unique setup that makes it feel like a treasure hunt, with a shocking amount of inventory.

I drove an hour to this store and was disappointed with the bland furniture selection. could not find a couch here that had western, lodge or cabin style. everything seemed basic, non descript and overpriced. on the plus side, they do have a large showroom. just nothing in it for me.
