We had a wonderful experience buying a new mattress from Mattress Firm. Jacob was very friendly and knowledgeable the product line. We bought our mattress in 30 mins. Jacob told us the delivery guy was off that day and offered to personally deliver it to us that day!! WOW! Amazing customer service and the true definition of going above and beyond! We will definitely be customer for life. Thank you Jacob for the wonderful buying experience.
They made it right! I was very unhappy with the initial mattress we had purchased because it caused a great deal of pain with my arthritis and MS being a firm mattress. We had a rough start but ultimately at the end Daniel and Jacob went above and beyond to correct the situation and were able to get us an exchange for a mattress I felt was more comfortable. I am very satisfied with the way things turned out and am looking forward to getting good rest. Thank you!
