This is a extremely clean facility with carpeted floors. Top notch compared to other facilities with the cement floors. And Aida and Vidya are the friendliest staff and keep the place running well. They are friendly and professional. They maintain the facility, never had a problem with broken elevators like other facilities I’ve been in.
From the first phone call to CubeSmart I was greeted warmly over the phone by the General Manager, Vidya Singh-Cruz, and every question I asked was answered politely and thoroughly. When I showed up to inspect the different storage space sizes, the Manager, Aida Sanchez, was extremely helpful and informative regarding storage rentals.nBoth women were very welcoming and professional. In addition, the CubeSmart facility at 370 West Main Street in Stamford, CT, is fairly new and was immaculate! I would totally recommend this storage facility to anyone!
I feel very confident storing my belongings here! The facility is very clean and secure. There's plenty of parking and easy access to unpack/repack. The staff, Vidya and Aida, are great. They are both really knowledgeable and friendly and always ready to help. Thank you!
