All went smooth, from reservation to drop off. Used them for both of my moves within one year -consistently happy on both.
Great service up until the point where they found damage on the roof that wasn’t mine and refused to understand that there might be a possibility that I was responsible, took no tunnels, and bought the collision insurance that coincidentally doesn’t cover roof damage. They’re now taking this to collections and I owe hundreds for damage I didn’t cause.

I paid and checked in for a confirmed truck pickup time for 9am on 6/30. Two days later and two days prior to my reservation they changed my pickup time for 4 hours later in the day. This later pickup timing did not work with my expected move whatsoever. After calling, they told me they would contact me later in the day to give me an update. After I received no call, I called this office again and they forwarded me along to 2+ other UHaul offices, with each person telling me that they're the wrong ones to contact.nnAfter calling a 3rd time, I was told that a family had reserved a truck before me and the truck wasn't available for the time I reserved. I was forwarded to their National Scheduling Office to potentially change my pickup location. The office was closed.
