My husband is a truck driver and has had to use this facility several times this year. Every single time he goes in, Rick Smith is always there and ready to help! No matter what problem he has or what he needs, he is ready with a smile and a solution! Thanks so much for your help! It always makes the day much better when you know that you are being taken care of! You truly have an amazing worker in Rick! My husband does not give compliments easily but was very appreciate of the service he always receives!
I am happy with the Unit. the only problem is they gave me a unit where the lock mechanism doesn’t work. They told me I have to step on the door I and jiggle it many time. I have had to go downstairs to get someone else to help me. I asked to be moved to a unit where the lock mechanism worked or fix the mechanisms but they won’t do it so until they fix the lock mechanism I will be asking the person at the desk to help me get my unit locked.
The Staff!! And I think I've interacted with 5+ over our time there (We still have another unit). But each and everyone was great and super friendly/welcoming. And we've been at Uncles Bob's and Life storage before. I'm not sure about other Cube Smart locations.... But this one next to West Marine in Stamford get's my two thumbs up for the the staff particularly. Not that we have to interact with them for the most part. But when we did.... they where so pleasant... almost refreshing quite frankly...
I cannot post enough great things about my experience with Danny. Danny was extremely knowledgeable about the facility and helped me pick out a unit that best fit my needs. He doesn’t try to convince you to spend more money for something you don’t need. Without a doubt, because of him, I feel like my belongings will be stored in great hands. Highly recommend!
Rob was great at helping me identify the right cube for the right price. My area was always accessible, the air conditioning was great (which while lugging things around in the hot summer was much appreciated).nnThen when I moved out, I didn't really have to do anything. One of the guys in the garage saw me putting stuff away, confirmed my unit, and that was it. I left - no paperwork or checks or signoffs. I was exhausted moving everything and stressed about my upcoming move. It was nice to have it be so simple!
