Went to check out storage units/prices with the purpose of researching my options. Ended up walking away with a new unit for my things! Anne was very friendly and accommodating. She showed me two units that would work best for my needs and during my tour, all I saw was a clean and organized place. Moreover, I will be paying less than I'm already paying at the current storage facility I use! Definitely check the place out, it's very promising.

Definitely a better deal than all the other storage facilities in the area. Clean, friendly staff, affordable and we're happy customers! A few downsides for me that brought me to 4 stars: the hours, modern upgrades and parking. I admit I'm coming from a brand new storage facility that was super high-tech, it could be accessed 24 hours a day with keypad entry at multiple doors and I know this is not typical. Here, you're limited to basically business hours, which is understandable because it's family-run, but not so convenient if you need to access your unit after work, or early morning when you realize you forgot your beach chairs before leaving on vacation lol. Also, there are only two parking spaces on an awkwardly long hill driveway, so get ready to drive in reverse up a hill into a narrow spot if you need to move things from your trunk. And naturally people will end up blocking both spots if you have the misfortune of arriving at the same time as other people (thankfully you'll usually have the place to yourself). Again, we are happy with the unit, and the price is unbeatable, but those are a few things I think are worth considering.
