It was ok but they were low on stock and didn't have my computer in stock

Staff has always been very attentive whenever I am browsing the store. The sales techniques are good and not overbearing. There's no Magnolia section - it would be nice - but that isn't the store's fault.

It was a little far from where we were staying but we called ahead and they confirmed they had the adapter we needed to recharge our camera batteries (apparently ours got left behind), so we stopped in and they actually had the item at the door waiting for us when we arrived. The cashier even let us know to check and make sure it actually worked properly with our batteries like it said it would and that we could return it if it didn't (it worked with the batteries for 2 different cameras!). Best service I've ever had at any Best Buy or other electronics store ever. Very helpful staff and a nice clean store.

I was having Greek squad help me with my computer that crashed. Even though there was a mess up on scheduling, they still got me in. And instead of having to wait 3 days they had my computer ready for me early the next day. They were super friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions.

I walked around this small store for 40 minutes before anyone asked me if I needed help, at one point I was standing next to 2 employees visiting with each other but didn't seem to want to help me. When finally I was able to get someone's attention they were very knowledgeable. Because of this pandemic there weren't even very many people in the store so the fact that no one really wanted to help me was a big disappointed.
