I have used Eyehear on two occasions, the first for AV and Sonos install and recently to install and set up our security system. On both occasions the service provided was excellent. Every aspect from quality, professionalism, courtesy and making sure I was completely satisfied. This showed from ownership through the on site technicians. I highly recommend.

I am not sure what happened with our most recent service call with these guys. They have done great work for us in the past. Recently their tech advised us of a piece of equipment that would work well for us. We purchased it from them and they installed it. While the tech was there we tested the equipment and it fell far short of the expectations we were given. We had them pull it out and take it back. They then billed us for almost 1000! When questioned about the charge the receptionist put us off for days until they finally wore me down. We paid the invoice but I can no longer recommend this company. It is just not the same.

5 star posting from employee, unprofessional, told us that we need to replace our equipment when there is nothing wrong with it, charged for services never provided, won't pay us back, ...what more can they do wrong???

Terrible company, high prices, surly office staff. Will not respond to emergencies.They Dont know what they are doing when crime is committed. Promised 24/7 backup with 7 days, only gives 48 hours backup..nTech did not know how to download video of crime. Blamed ME for them being too busy to take care of things. Worst company I ever dealt with. Dont trust them. Head guy is jerk to max
