Disgrace..nI bought an $800 couch from them August 23rd.. they told me it would take 6-8 to be delivered due to COVID. I was willing to wait 6-8 weeks. As it got closer to the 8 weeks i didn’t get any phone calls or updates about my couch. I called them several times and they said they didn’t know when it was coming. They even had the audacity to tell me i didn’t have to keep calling them to ask for updates. EXCUSE ME? I have every right to keep calling to get an update on something i spent $800 on!!! And how can you NOT know when my couch is coming? I’ve been calling them this week and no one is picking up.. not really sure what to do anymore. It would really help if costumer service was helpful and talked to you like a human being.. Also it would be nice to get updates if your purchase isn’t coming within the 6-8 week window.. but i got nothing but rudeness from them. Still not sure when my couch is coming. Not really sure how much longer i can wait

I think luck was in my favor at City Furniture this weekend. It’s all about setting proper expectations and the man that sold me my dresser did that, and over delivered. I recently moved and needed all brand new furniture, not realizing everything is taking MONTHS to ship. I had just about given up. Randomly walked into city furniture, found a decent dresser - low price okay style, and was expecting it to come in about a month and a half like our sales associate told us. It came two days later fully assembled! Very pleased.

BUYER BEWARE :nnIf you are looking for a professional, organized, and fair company to work with DO NOT COME HERE !!!!nnThe representative I worked with from day one has been an absolutely disgrace. I came into the store saying that bobs furniture delivery time was to long(two weeks) and I needed furniture quicker to host a party for family and friends.nnHe assured me that the delivery would prompt and he would be upfront and always keep me in the loop. It is now almost two months later and I am still without furniture.nnAny time I call them they give me an attitude like I am somehow bothering them !!! For asking them to do their job and track my order. The attitude and unprofessionalism portrayed at this place is like no other. I have no idea how they stay in business.nnThey told me if I wanted a refund to dispute charges with American Express. What kind of business does that ? These guys need to walk into another furniture store and see their competition . When you walk in people greet you they say hello and they treat you nice. These guys play sit in a dusty dark office playing solitaire until you ask them for help.nnComplete trash, complete scum, terrible people, terrible business owner. Should and will be out of business by end of 2021 Mark my words.

Tom is an awesome dude. He works with you. No buying pressure which is GREAT. This is my Third time purchasing from them. No regrets!
