Knowledgeable and friendly service.
I had to call numerous times to get them to measure spaces as they just didn’t show up at scheduled appointments. No call, nothing. They finally came out, but never sent pricing. If you are too busy for new customers, just say that instead of waiting both of our time.

Prices are very competitive (for 2-3 options we were considering that was the lowest price among 4-5 stores we talked with).n3. Pablo is very knowledgable, careful to customers.n4. Very flexible: two days before installation date we had a water leak issue in our apartment, and Pablo kindly agreed to reschedule the installation. No extra charge.n4. (most important) Very trustworthy. Pablo did an awesome job protecting us as a customer. By wood supplier's mistake wrong wood was delivered and installed to our apartment. However, Pablo made his best to submit a claim, invite a rep and actually replace the wood at no cost for us.nnI am very thankful to Pablo for his time and effort. We were a very tough case for him, but he handled this case perfectly!
Great service. We had our family room hardwood floor done two year ago. Recently, we refinished floor in a few rooms and installed new carpets. They did high quality job. Highly recommend.
