I had a fantastic experience at this store. The salesman spent a lot of time with me and my roommate to help us find the perfect sofa for us. They recommended financing the sofa with their store card which made affording & paying the sofa extremely easy. We made the order, right around the time the COVID pandemic began. They were very good at communicating that there would be a delay in shipment and were very prompt in delivering the sofa once the state opened back up. It definitely solidified my loyalty in returning this store for future furnishing needs.

I had the best experience at Ashley Homestore in Norwalk! I went in looking for a couch after work for my new apartment— it was my first time buying a sectional so I had no idea what I was looking for. The nicest man/employee, Haitham, helped me right away and was so patient while I was indecisive. I wanted the perfect couch and you could tell they genuinely cared about me finding exactly what I needed. Another employee, Olena, worked together with Haitham and I and made this experience the easiest it could be for me. Olena mapped out EVERY single price possibility with various configurations and she even stayed late until I could get exactly what I wanted. It was evident that they were not just trying to leave though it was near the end of the night. They were completely committed to me and the other customers. They catered to every single concern I had and were honest and genuine. They didn’t try to sell me a super expensive couch just because it was clear I didn’t know what I needed- rather, they helped me every step of the way and I know for a fact that they genuinely cared that I got the exact couch I was looking for. I’ve shopped for other furniture and I have never had an experience like I did at Ashley! Amazing employees, super nice store, and also amazing prices. I had never been before but I’m DEFINITELY going to be referring my friends here and furnishing my apartment as Ashley. Every single employee there was amazing.

Ferris was extremely helpful in assisting us find a couch for our new apartment after a poor experience at the Ashley Home Store in New Rochelle. Ferris offered us personalized attention and guidance in the store given our requests. He demonstrated professionalism while maintaining a friendly demeanor. We would definitely love to do business with him again in the future.
