I have known Pat the owner for most of my life. So obviously I support his business but that being said he has ALWAYS gone above and beyond with his service and knowledge of his craft. Wonderful experience. They were friendly/knowledgeable and worked around my schedule as it was my work laptop that needed to be fixed. Laptop is running fantastic now. I would have paid a premium for my experience, yet the service was competitively priced when comparing to other shops in the area and what I saw online.
My first iPhone repair. I was passing by the area, I called them for my phone repair and their price was incredibly fair, very professional and very fast service. The place is so clean and well organized. I will definitely come back for another repair.
I experienced a hard drive crash and turned to Nathan for HELP. Not only was he timely in addressing the problem, he immediately presented solutions. His attention to my needs and extending stellar service while teaching me simple solutions was invaluable. I cannot say enough good things about Nathan and his calm, decisive and knowledgeable service.nA keeper for me, as I proceed forward with any future computer needs.
I would give them more stars if allowed. They were professional and honest right from the start when I brought in ,my old computer. They said they could fix it but gently suggested maybe it was time for a new one.nnNate patiently helped me pick out a new one while I read him the specs of various models over the phone .I purchased the one he recommended and it's great. He then seamlessly set up my new computer with all my programs and apps and helped with EVERY issue I had. Nate is a Superstar!
