Went here specifically to this T-Mobile store in the mall there are 2 stores but this experience was at this store with a Carlos who gave me mad attitude. Was very blunt, very upset looking, and seemed irritated. I went in there for an upgrade. Received crazy numbers he gave me a higher quote. So I tried the other T-Mobile store the one that used to be sprint. And also got a different quote way lower than the T-Mobile store next to the dentist shop. 2 stores in the same location!! How?!?! How does that happen?! I got way different prices for the same upgrade I tried to do in this store I realized he wasn’t trying to help me I try another T-Mobile store and got completely different quote and number more help and was received more nicely and respectfully so just save yourself some time and go to the T-Mobile that used to be sprint.

This store is really bad when it COmes to serving customers. I called the store this morning to inquire about tmobile promotions for new customers , as I am planning to bring over 4 lines with them , but this guy picked up the phone and never gave me the right information in regards to the s20 fe phone that ends up being free after 24 months credit , he just wanted to sell me other expensive phones, when I confronted him with that, he said hold on to check on that for you , and never came back to me . So I called back again but he did not want to pup the phone because he recognized the number I was calling from. Very poor customer service . O am shocked at tmobile to allow this kind of low customer service.

I was standing waiting and there was a employee was available and he looked right at me and he walked around the counter just stood there, another employee had to tell him to help me. Once I seen that I assumed he's not going to be much help so I left. I don't know if t-mobile needs to retrain their employees but the people in the stores around here are just there for a paycheck and not helpful at all.

This store deserves no stars instead of one star. Very unprofessional Poor customer service. Also they will take advantage of you if you're not careful. One employee gave me wrong information because she failed to search for it properly the screen. I asked for assistance to choose a phone and would not assist me at all. They treated me like I didn't deserve to be waited on. Don't do business with this particular T mobile store.
