Went to the sprint store to buy a case.. I was fortunate enough to be told about the great deals and savings I would have, if I switch to sprint. Mark explained throughly the plans, payments and benefits I would have if I switch. I left the store happy because of the management, employees and customer service. They were very knowledgeable, will be coming back! Go see Mark!

I recommend 100% going to the sprint store at the Stamford town center. All the employees are super helpful and welcoming. Hendy, one of the employees, really helped me out one day when I wanted to get a new phone. He explained everything so that I could understand and helped me get the best deal. Another time he tried his best to assist me with some billing questions that I had. I really walked out the store feeling well attended.nnAdded bonus: the store is very clean and smells great.

A small store located in the mall. Due to the small size and low amount of customers that go here. It is easy get assistance and a personalized experience

Beyond Great customer service ! Manger is beyond sweet & excellent always there to help. Lakuasia is also great ! Always there to assist. Wouldn’t go to no other store.

Don’t even bother going here- I would give this a zero rating if I could. I don’t even know how they’re still in business. I regrettably visited this store after my phone’s SIM card crashed randomly. After going to Apple- I had no choice but to go across the mall and patronize this location. While there talking about my horrible experience with Sprint’s phone customer service, the manager, Mark went on to up-sell a product to me, all while lying about the product’s purpose. He promised it would save me 25% on my car insurance. Come to find out, it doesn’t and my insurance company assured me that unfortunately the associate had “misinformed” me. When I called Mark out on it, he punked out, changed his answer suddenly and now wasn’t too sure of his earlier claims just the day before. What’s worse? His superior, Evangeline or whatever her name is, backed him up and said he was probably just confused. They both lacked any customer service or knowledge apparently, and didn’t offer any concession for the hassle and lies. I still have to go back to THAT specific location to make this return, because I can’t return it to any other location that’s close to my job and home, because it’s not an authorized retailer. This place is a waste of time and those associates should be reconsidered for their positions. Poor staff
