Herb helped me! I’ve known Herb for years now from football, personal training & just being an overall good guy from Stamford! When I found out he was working w/ Verizon I had to see him for my upgrades. He presented all my plan & phone options and educated me the entire way. It was the best Verizon experience in my 20+ yrs as a customer. Go see Herb!

My salesperson (Danny) and his mgr (Mike) both worked hand in hand to diagnose my problem and explain my options -- which was done very clearly. Then they walked me thru every step of purchasing a replacement phone and transferring my data onto it. It took a while but was all very smooth.nI recommend this Verizon Store (Hope St, Stamford) to anyone. They are very oriented to working patiently with their customers.
Wonderfull staff, very helpful! Even stayed late to finish set up of new phone, will only be dealing with them from now on, better than other local verizon store.
