I never wait more than 30mins and brought two phones in the last 2 months. One for my mother and another for a friend in need. Amazing service
Listen. I love metro PCS. But this is the worst metro I have ever been too. Just go totthe one in the mall. The mall is literally down the street. The main lady that's always there is very rude. My phone is not charging. She just grabbed a receipt paper. Wrote the inainsura number down. Said call them and carried ono with her conversation. Horrible, horrible customer service.

I'm already giving them 1 star and HAVEN'T been to the store yet. Before I got the switch up these lazy blasters couldn't handle the questions I was asking. I've seen other reviews about acct setups and any metro booth or store will F your info the Flip up. The company service is no better. All they do is tell u to go to the actual store if they can't help you. I called this one and nobody picks up. I swear it's only one dude there. To be honest, the service is dope. The customer service is actually worse than my previous carrier. Especially THIS location.
DONT GO THERE!!!i went yesterday tryd to buy samsung j7 which costs 149.99 online if you have a line already and i did,cuz i broke my phone and just wanted to change.girl tried to charge me 260$.then i webt to the one on east main st and i payd 160 with taxes and cover.THAT GIRL NEEDS TO BE ARRESTED!!!
