We have been long time customers but I will NEVER be back. Paid over $50 to have cookies sent to Seattle- package was lost and they took over 2 months to not call us back ever and when we finally called they said there’s nothing they can do because the package got delivered. Shocker - it was never received. Worst customer service ever. 30 phone calls and $50 and nothing to show for it.nnEdit: I did also call to ask them to send shipping after it hadn't arrived in 3-4 weeks and they said they would call the next day with tracking info - they didn't and that's the night the package supposedly got delivered. Had they provided tracking when promised, we could have been notified of the packages arrival and maybe avoided this whole fiasco.
Great pastries
Delicious and fresh, treat for your eyes to wander in. Got a tiramisu cake! It was finished in one sitting. Efficient service with lovely young ladies.

I attended a wedding this past weekend and you guys made the cake. I have to say it was THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL looking cake I have ever seen.nThankfully the staff of the venue and the bridesmaids made it passable for the cake cutting but I have say I’m so sad for my friend. I expected so much more than this from a bakery who has been around for 50 years.
