The people who work here are working under some of the most stressful, most difficult circumstances imaginable, but the crew they have in the morning right now is relentlessly nice and kind to everyone who steps up. I've been stopping here a few times a week for over a month now, and their attitude is unflaggingly upbeat. I hope whoever owns this franchise recognizes how hard of a location it is to work at, and recognizes the hard work and effort the team they have in there right now puts in.
I had the pleasure of being served by La'Trice Branch one of the employees here and she was very thorough, and polite. She expeditiously filled my order and was very accurate. My coffee order is very difficult but she filled it with precision.
Got yelled at for using a reusable cup.... Unless you're desperate, get your coffee at literally ANY other Dunkin.
If you got time to waist this place is ok but if you’re in a rush, better plan on catching the next train. Just looking out for the newbies of this station. At the end of the day it’s your average D'nD just a lot slower.
