I was given a gift card for Christmas and due to me already having a membership elsewhere I waited until it was over to give hand and stone a chance. When I finally decided to go they told me I could no longer use the gift card because it expired. In the state of CT no gift card expires. What they do is offer you a discounted rate for purchasing multiple but put an expiration date on them. I even offered to pay the difference if their service price increased but it was declined. If you’re looking to do Christmas shopping and get gift cards that don’t expire make sure to check out Adam Broderick that’s local or even massage envy.
Great quality massage, each masseuse is very professional and nice! They cater to exactly how you want your massage to be. My one issue is when they raised the price for the membership fee from $59.99 to $69.99. I recently had to cancel my membership because it’s a bit too much for me. Otherwise, great place!
Good service. Not hard to get appointments. Seem to be focused on attention and safety for clients.
The best massage ever. The location is very clean and they are taking every precaution to make sure everyone is safe.
Not a great place at all. Specially on how they treat their employees. Ridiculous. Owner seems to rarely care unless it’s money in his pocket. I don’t recommend this place to anyway.
