Had a great experience buying 2 couches from Kim spending $8,000 for our new house and then the guys that delivered it wasn't as white glove services as our Pottery Barn delivery was and it's been a mess with trying to get a new couch! Ball is dropped constantly. If we receive a damaged couch it shouldn't be cleaned it should be replaced. I would recommend Pottery Barn over Arhaus- way better customer service!

I ordered my furniture at the beginning of August, here it is December and I still have not received it. I had confirmed delivery for today, then heard nothing, no number to contact, poor customer service. After leaving a message I finally receive a call, oh you are not scheduled for delivery today, lets schedule delivery. Really??? I just hope that once my order finally arrives it is correct and what I had ordered. I will never buy furniture from them again as it has been nothing but problems and delays. I have no idea how the furniture will be since I have yet to get it

Store personnel were helpful and available, products are attractive, but our order delivery turned into a disaster. When we placed the bed order, we were told the item was in stock, however, it took 2 months for us to be notified that it had been shipped. In our case, it needed to be handed off to a local trucking company for the final delivery and assembly. After the delivery guys had brought in all the boxes and unpacked them, they tell me that all the hardware to assemble the bed was missing. They showed me the bill of lading and all boxes they were given were delivered, but it appears that a box containing the hardware, as well as the slats and some other parts for the bed, was missing. I immediately called Arhaus’ concierge service who first tried to blame it on the local delivery company, but I pointed out the bill of lading saying that I was delivered what they were given. They then said they’d overnight the missing parts and arrange a technician to come and assemble the furniture. The earliest appointment apparently to assemble the bed was over two weeks away, which turned out to be fine, since when the package was delivered (when they said it would), it was still missing parts. I called the concierge service again, and this time I was told that the remaining parts were backordered and wouldn’t be available for shipping for a month (guess they couldn’t find the box that should have gone with my original shipment). Their solution was to replace the entire bed, a process that would take nearly as long as waiting for the back-ordered parts since it wouldn’t leave the warehouse for almost a week, and then it was 2-3 weeks shipping time to the local delivery service and then another week or two for them to deliver the bed. In the meantime, as we’d cleared out the bedroom for the new furniture, we’ve been sleeping on a mattress on the floor. They’ve made adjustments on the price and the delivery fees, but I still find it very unlikely that I would ever chance ordering from them again, unless I just didn’t care when the item gets there. At this point I can only hope that the replacement order is complete. Current expected delivery date is early October, nearly 3 months after initial order was placed for an in-stock item.nnUpdate: Bed finally came, 3 months after the initial order. There was a scare at first when it looked like the parts box was missing again, but they found it on the truck. Delivery guys were friendly and efficient. Wish it had gone this smoothly the first time.nnFollowing my initial review, Arhaus had requested I contact them with my order number at an email address they provided. I did so within a day of their request, but as of this posting, nearly two weeks later, I have not heard anything. Seems to have just been window dressing on their part.nnIn short, furniture looks good, though we haven't slept on it yet, but it should just not have been this hard to get an in-stock item delivered.

Awful customer service, I love their furniture but I can genuinely say I won’t order from them again. I have never been so disrespected by an entry level sales person. I highly suggest working with anyone other than Molly.

Arhaus has provided us with exceptional customer service. Michael, Brianna and Danielle could not have been more courteous, prompt and professional. Their products are gorgeous but what counts is when a company stands behind their products and goods and adheres to the highest of standards of quality and reliability.
