Monte was so helpful with recommendations and did a great job on my chaise. It came out beautifully and frankly, I like it better than when I originally bought it. I had a hard time finding someone who didn’t want months to do the work. His timing and pricing was fair and his craftsmanship was precise with thoughtful additions (like sliding clips so I could flip the cushion). I highly recommend!!

We brought 10 chairs made in ~1890 to Monte; my mother had made needlepoint seats 50 years ago. Monte cleaned the seats, added padding, put a new border around the seat, cleaned and reinforced the chairs--great job, very fair price and on time. The chairs look spectacular. Plus Monte gave a very interesting history of the chairs and woodworking in general
