Kohl's in house experience used to be excellent. Kohl's . com is a waste of time. Years ago the great thing about Kohl's wast that you would find an item on sale ...go to pay for it only to find out you are entitled to an extra 15-20%.nNow i get coupon offers as a Kohl's card holder only to find out that the fine print (need a microscope to read) does not let you use the coupon received in the mail for any sale item. Also I was told that free shipping to the store was only available in a Kohl's 50 miles away. I am now inclined to give all my business to J. C. Penney which seems to be a much superior operation.

I found the things I needed and the cashier was so helpful in filling out the paperwork for a charge card. Great! ud83dude0aud83dudc4c

One of the best Kohl's I've shopped at. Very clean and organized. The staff was friendly and helpful. The store manager was also very helpful. Great shopping experience.

Sale prices are usually good, regular prices a bit high. Staff is always friendly and helpful. They do have a nice selection of items, I have been able to some good stuff.
