My experience with Fred was consistently compassionate and professional. He always acknowledged my loss during our written correspondence. His responses were quick, clear and courteous. The engagement process was simple and very reasonable. I cannot express my personal gratitude enough for his patience. From initial contact until monument placement took me five months. In the end,nI was very pleased with the quality and appearance of the marker. In fact, it exceeded my expectations, as did Fred. I highly recommend MH Schlitter Monuments for its customer-centrism and fine stone works.

Fred did phenomenal job, we shopped around a lot as money was tight with unexpected event as it is for many with very costly process. Felt like it was one of the best if not the best prices around. He then adjusted everything after thorough review of our specs without any additional charge, and we ended up with one of the best gravestones in the graveyard, which I'm sure my father would be happy to see. Every single side was perfectly polished unlike I've seen in most there. Overall a great service and price I would totally recommend, 5 starts +.

Fred was kind, patient and easy to work with. The stone was delivered exactly as I had envisioned it to be and perhaps even exceeded my expectations. His price was significantly less money than another local monument place we had visited. I would highly recommend Fred to anyone who has lost a loved one and needs a monument.
