Quality and service have gone down. Prices are very high. Not happy.
we can only order cake the same day for delivery? we cannot schedule it? does anyone take a look at the reviews here? seriously!
Cold stone is in my top 2 places to get ice cream. They have an unbelievable amount of ice cream to choose from along with many different things to put the ice cream in. They do smoothies and shakes as well. I sometimes even go there in the winter because they stay open.
We arrived 40 min before closing time and they wouldnt mix any ice cream for us. Mind you there was 6 of us and a Family of 7 also came in after us. Closing time was 10PM, not 9:20pmnWe left with single scoops unsatisfied, some of us jist lost interest.
Staff seems not to care too much.
