Alex was great he helped me make my google account and my facebook. Hes awesome i always come to him. Loyal customer here

had a great experience with Alex. he was very attentive and proffesional. another customer was being really rude to him and he was well composed and treated them with respect which with the things the customer was saying i wouldve been livid. he handled it amazingly i think he deserves a raise.

I got my Phone activated about 2 weeks ago i was told that i would have the $50 plan. the short spanish guy i think his name was john, was really rude to me and my wife and did not want to help us when we came in with an issue. i came in today with my wife and met Alexander. He was so helpful and nice. i was planning on switching to another company but he did everything he could to help me and im staying. all metros should have an employee like that. he really pulled me back in when i was going to leave due to the arrogance of the other employee. john should not work there.

Alexander really helped me get a great deal on 2 phones. Very proffessional employee will always come to him in the future
