I had a great experience at Mattress Firm today! Tucker is an awesome salesman! No pressure and he showed me a variety of mattresses to choose from. The price was right and delivery is only a few days away! Great place and I highly recommend it!

My wife and I just moved to our new home. We needed a new bed and had visited a number of furniture stores in the York, Pa area. Not happy with the time frame of delivery they had been giving us, we decided to go to Mattress Firm. Upon entering, we were greeted and told to feel free and look around. Both salesman ( Dominic and Mike(I hope I got that right)) were friendly and welcoming. It wasnA no pressure atmosphere and they were knowledgeable and answered all our questions. They said they were able to deliver in 2days that made us extremely happy as the other stores were 2 weeks or more. Overall, they are very professional, and I highly recommend dealing with them.

We've purchased two beds from here. The service is always helpful but not pushy. We bought a Purple mattress two years ago and just purchased a new mattress for our guest room. Mike was very helpful and balanced multiple customers well. Checkout was quick and easy. We were in and out in less than an hour. Delivery times and fees were so reasonable. Only a week for delivery ($50). They're very professional and come on time for delivery as well . They'll take your old mattress away, too. They have our business for as long as they're in business.

Amy was very helpful and knowledgeable! She took the time to help me search for a mattress that would fit my budget, provide the right support, and explained the differences in an unbiased manner. Amy explained warranties and financing options as well. I did purchase a mattress and feel confident in my purchase from her.

The associate that worked with us (John) was very welcoming. He was extremely knowledgeable which was a great help to us in picking out the right mattress. John ascertained our sleeping patterns, positions etc. and made a couple recommendations. He was patient as I went back-and-forth trying the mattresses and asking many questions. I appreciated the time and care John took in helping us make our selection. I would highly recommend “Mattress Firm.” In addition I would recommend John, as his friendliness, knowledge and patience was much appreciated. He represented the establishment quite well.nnThis store was clean and offered a wide selection of mattresses. I was very pleased with the establishment itself.
