Today our experience with sales associate Miracle was great. She is patient, knowledgeable, and has excellent customer service!! She informed us that she is new to the company however, you would believe that she is a seasoned sales associate!nnBecause I was so satisfied with my first purchase I went back to get another mattress on 7/7/2020. I initially asked for Miracle but she was unavailable , the sales person Chuck was OUTSTANDING! He was able to save me a ton of money!!! Thanks Mattress Warehouse for employing such great staff.

Rod was knowledgeable and excellent at explaining all of my options and helping me find a bed that worked well for within my budget! He ensured it was in stock and able to be delivered to me in a timely manner as I was under a time constraint. Highly recommend!

I bought an adjustable frame & mattress from Rod two weeks ago & forgot to review but wanted to make sure I did because he was so pleasant to deal with & I wanted to let everyone to know. I never felt pressured but I did feel informed. He was very good about finding out what I wanted then showing me comparisons in that price range. I would definitely go to him next time.
