Excellent management! Went above and beyond to help me when I called into the store and when I went in to make my purchase.

I love this store. The management and staff are friendly and helpful, they will go the extra mile to help you. During this Covid crisis I needed a new laptop and after traveling many miles and to many stores including many phone calls, this store had what I needed and did whatever I needed to make sure I was happy. This store is one of the good ones.

When asked if I wanted a warrant I stated no . I was not interested. I absolutely cut the guy off . I did want a warranty or need to hear his entire sales pitch.nnThe sales associate then proceeded to tell me he was going to continue tell me about the warranty.nnThey lost a 200 plus sale and a customer for life.

The printing Department did a hundred page job for me at the very last minute and I was so thankful for their help.
