All the reps where extremely helpful. I worked with Jesse who tried everything he could to get me a new phone but it would not allow him to do it for a duplicate application. When he realized he was not going to be able to get me my phone that day he gave me all the information that I needed to resolve the issue and I ended up with a new phone that day. I will be recommending him to all of my friends and family.

I give them ***** for their excellent service. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. The Sales Consultant Jesse Micell was very patient and helpful when I was taking a very long time with setting up the Home Screen.

I love this store!! The staff are super friendly and helpful! I was having a lot of issues trying to figure out my new phone and a sales rep sat down and helped me figure everything out!!!
