Spartan Computers

The big box stores where I first took my laptop for repairs declined to work on my laptop because it was out of warranty, but they recommended Spartan. Spartan very quickly diagnosed the issue and got back to me on the cost. However they did not recommend fixing my laptop due to its age. I appreciated the honesty instead of just taking my money. For a very reasonable cost they saved what was possible from the hard drive onto an external hard drive to install on a new laptop when I get one. I recommend Spartan and will use them again if needed.

Windows update bricked my PC and I couldn't recover it on my own using a recovery drive, so I dropped it off with these guys on my way to work. It took a few days, but they managed to fix the PC without me losing any data, which was a blessing (because of course I haven't been backing up my data enough). Got me back to WFH quickly. I was very appreciative of their help! Would go back to them for help if I never needed it again.

Even though I haven't gotten laptop fixed since we're waiting on the battery. The gentleman that helped me kept me up to date on everything, let me know exactly what was wrong with my battery, and let me have my laptop back until the battery came in so I could still do my school work. He even cleaned out my fans without me asking, I've never had such good service, even better its my first time getting my laptop repaired.

Matt and his team are very professional and knowledgable in their industry. They take the proper time to explain what needs to be done to make your equipment work, and help you make items you need complete happen. The pricing is reasonable. And best of all is if they dont have the answer that day, they will find the answer for you. ud83dude0a

Had to have a total re-do of the hard drive, Windows10, etc. I tried everything on my own, tech support, youtube, everything to try and fix it myself. I explained everything to them, and within days, they had it up and running for a very reasonable price. Would use them again.
