Store does NOT honor their own policies, do not buy from here

Purchased two new phones from this store. A week later one of the phones screen flickered on and off then went black. My son went to the store to either get it repaired or replaced the lady said she couldnt do anything because of physical damage. When i get home i check the phone it has 3 i cant even call hairline scratches because you can feel them with finger nail. She basically said to bad.nnI called metro support sent them pics of phone and said they will honor warranty.nnDO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!nnBuy online instead...

Lady in charge is very rude too ok costumers and won’t answer questions in a good manner
