Walmart Pharmacy

I ordered my prescription online and I paid for it and it never came. It's been over a week now and I get messages to come pick it up instead which pisses me off. I can't even get through the pharmacy it's so busy when I call them

If I did not gave Humana/Walmart prescription plan would not get close to pharmacy. They all need training in compassion and understanding. Very poor management. African American pharmacist could care less. No manners

Prices are the best and great service

Worst Service ever!nnI can’t even get a hold of anyone! Someone literally picked up the phone and then hung up on me. I call again, the pharmacist was very rude and nasty to me. Saying this and that in a very disrespectful manner.nnI got a text that my refill is ready, I call back to ask a few questions, but nobody picks up, and I called 4 times! Worst service ever!nnIf I could give less than 1 star, I would!

I don't think they have any clue what's going on there. I go to pick up my medication I'm supposed to have 2. first lady with the short gray hair in a very rude voice tells me to go to drop off because if a doctor called it in a has to be in the drop off. I walked over there and I asked him if they have my prescription. The lady proceeded to tell me that yes it was there and she has no clue why that lady would even send me over to her. Apparently that lady doesn't like to do her job. So the other lady at the drop-off kindly walked me over so I wouldn't have to reweight in line and rung me out. But she insisted I only had one medication. So that's what I left with. But there was two. I don't know why the wait is always so long. Or why the customer service is so bad. Are they burned out are you under staffed? Is it bad management? or is the pharmacy in Walmart trying to live up to the crappy expectations that we are all already expecting. Because believe it or not I was not surprised. I'll go back in a couple days because I live very far from Walmart. I guess that's what you get for cheap prices.
