Panera Bread

You were closed this week, are you really open now?

Not sure what happened to the food quality/portions. My smokehouse bbq chicken sandwich was pretty much bread with 1 piece of bacon, 2 small slivers of onion, 1/8-1/4 cup of chicken with no resemblance of cheese or bbq sauce to be found. My French onion soup had no cheese at all. Service on the other hand was fantastic. I used the app and curbside pickup which was quick and easy. I would order from here more often if I knew that the quality and proportions would be consistent.

I love the hot chocolate! But 4 stars because they took away the chocolate chip marshmallows:( if they bring them back 5 stars!

Normally they are very good with proportions but this time no nearly! I was given half of a breakbowl worth of soup! I won't even get to the bowl!

There was no indication on if the store was open or closed online and when I order it had it for 2 weeks out. We called the location and got no answer. While sitting outside the location, we noticed someone come out of the store to talk to someone, why they werent answering the phone is beyond me. Now I have to wait till Monday to get a refund because the app does not show my current order and the custoner service line is only open during 8am-5pm on weekdays. Absolutely unacceptable, we will not being coming here again
