Verizon Authorized Retailer - TCC

I've been a Verizon customer for 17 years because of authorized retailers like the one in Red Line on Cape Horn Road. And a retailer is only as good as its employees. Donald is a fine example of a knowledgeable, patient Verizon employee. Knowledge is only good when you can successfully share it with others. I'm not a technical person. He did not talk over my head. He patiently showed me how to do things step-by-step so when I got home I could do it myself and shared things I could do to maximize my new phone.

The customer service that Taka-Nii provided was outstanding! He helped me even more than the corporate store techs did. He quickly & efficiently put on 2 screen protectors & 2 phone cases whereas the corporate store told me I needed to do it myself for the brand new phones we just purchased. He was pleasant to work with & knowledgeable about both products. Thank you for being so willing to help me with our new phones, Taka-Nii!

Excellent service! I came into the store today a very upset person because I dropped my phone while mowing the grass and toasted my cell phone. I walked out of the store a very happy camper.
