Great GameStop with great staffs

Game stop has a bad rap with console sales and refurbished units. In 2018 I purchased a slim Xbox one and had problems right from the start. Finally after being fed up with it , took it back to the store and the new store manager was fantastic, gave me a decent credit on the unit and replaced the Xbox for half cost of buying another referb. Not to mention a warranty with the current console. Very pleased , I hope this store manager stays at this location because he got a returning customer from me ud83dudc4d

Well with downloading becoming even more popular and Game Stops loses becoming bigger and bigger. I don't see this company being around much longer unless they figure something out to get people in their stores. I like Game Stop and I like most of the people that work there. People get on them for their low trade in prices. But the local stores in Greensburg aren't any better. And I don't like the fact that the used price isn't much of a savings over new. Some employees just try and sneak ya a used one if you don't specify. Those are the employees I don't like. Other than that. The days of waiting outside with other gamers and being apart of that atmosphere just seems like it's gone for me forever. It's nice to actually talk to someone who actually loves video games and can answer most of your questions. I give Game Stop a solid 4. For customer service and just the memories it brings back. Hoping that they figure something out to compete in this digital world. As Game Stop at one time had it's own special atmosphere that I hate to see gone.
