Verizon Authorized Retailer - Wireless Zone

I wish I could give the Verizon store in Latrobe a zero rating. The store manager, Nathan, is shockingly incompetent and, even worse, dishonest. Jen, the district manager, isn't much better. (She didn't lie; she just never followed up, despite multiple phone calls and visits to the store.)nnNathan, who ultimately threw his representative under the bus despite Nathan's dictating the promos to him and handling our sale, created a major problem by promising promotions on which he couldn't deliver. He gave us the wrong promo code three times, mishandled the trade-in credit (promised a higher amount than given and then didn't apply the credit anyway), and even after all of that he refused to accept any responsibility.nnAnd then this took three MONTHS to resolve through corporate customer service, entirely without Nathan's or Jen's help, despite Nathan's empty promises to escalate my complaint. Verizon customer service finally resolved the promo issue, but still not in the way that Nathan had initially said.nnI wish we had never walked into this store or transferred our service to Verizon at all. What a colossal waste of time, energy, and money.

I just had an incredible time! Even after the pandemic they should still have a waiting list so I can go get a coffee and hang out in my car instead of standing around in the store. Brian was a good dude, not an overly aggressive salesman type; because of that I was in and out of the store like the wind. He was also very knowledgeable and seems like he'd be great management material. You should consider promoting him.

Brian was extremely helpful and worked through my issues as im not tech savvy. He showed me several options that fit my needs. He also didn't attempt to upsale me to a phone that was beyond my needs. Other sales people have tried to do that. His attitude was great as were the other staff that were there that day.

Jeff Steele is very knowledgeable, helpful and understanding. We really enjoy working with him! My wife got a phone from him in 2019. Definitely recommend him when someone needs a phone.
