I went to OfficeMax to make copies. The store was not crowded but there were people in there that did not have on face mask. I will not visit this Office Max again although their customer service was great
You'll find more discounted items when you visit the store than buying online though there will be few choices. I got a nice Lazy Boy office chair with a huge discount. It's also nice that staff will explain to you the warranty and offers extended warranty or insurance for it.
They were awesome. The absolutely most helpful and friendly tech services i have ever experienced. I am technology challenged and they treated me with patience and were the best teachers. I would highly recommend if you buy a new computer, need to transfer data and need to install new software. Their prices were grest too!
Everyone was friendly and understanding but, I sent my phone out with them to get it fixed and it came back in worse shape then when it left. Just wanted my glass fixed and when it came back it Was still busted and cracked. Also I thought I would get other quotes from other places since office max didn’t get it fixed and in that 3 week time period my calls where going in and out kinda fuzzy at times. I was told by more then one person to go back there because I paid them and they should fix it. so I did but then my calls completely cut out and I can no longer call on the phone. I do appreciate the manager for refunding me however when some1 gave me money I got this phone and it’s not even 2 years old and I can no longer use it.nI am hoping they can fix it right.
Need to work on customer service skills and phone skills! I had to call twice both times when I called I swear he said Fox's Pizza!
