Do not let these people add a service line through your property. I was working from home and right before they left they cut my line. Comcast’s response is we will send someone as soon as we can. There should be some accountability. If something happened inside my home and you came out to fix it. I would have to pay for it. Next time you send a technician out to someone’s home and they want to cut a line make sure they don’t have a ring doorbell installed. Too bad I can’t add photos. ud83dude33
A simple kiosk took care of my issues. Just wish these were a little more available in smaller towns. 1 hour 20 min. Trip because my card won't work online. I had to use cash & the closest store was this one.
They are always helpful have had good experiences the couple times I've been there
