The general manager down here is very rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. Makes rude comments about unemployment and accused me of being a druggie. Not very helpful and very inconsiderate. I had call the her boss and didn't do anything and for a week now I have not been able to make phone calls or texts and customer service refused to make this right and give me a credit to my account for the week. I will be changing service bottomline.
The team was great and knew their phones.
Been a customer for 2 years in Alabama and a year here in pa now suddenly I have no service but am paying over 100$ for 2 phones I bought last year to suddenly have my unlimited 4g talk text and data prepaid phones to getting zero internet and I can barely text someone for the past 2 days. If the issue isn’t fixed soon being I have friends and family out of state I will be getting a lawsuit done I never miss a payment witch is due on the 3rd at midnight of every month!!!!!
