Verizon Authorized Retailer - Wireless Zone

My grandfather went to this store to get himself a smartphone and wireless plan. He wanted to buy the device outright so that we would not be stuck in a contract. He later decided he didn't want the service anymore found he couldn't cancel because he was in a contract! They had him pay all but $5.50 of the phone so that he had a device payment of $0.23 a month. Double check what they are telling you and make sure they are not doing something completely different and deceitful.

The manager David, at the Delmont PA - Verizon Wireless store, is awesome. I had an issue and he went above and beyond to resolve my problem. Although resolution took more than a week, I did not have to make more than 1 phone call. He called me back, and followed up with me through resolution of my issue. I have never had a service provided be so responsive before. I will recommend Verizon Wireless to anyone that is looking for great customer service!

These guys are great. Shane is a standout. Give them a try you will not be disappointed. So much better then the corporate store experience in Monroeville or Greensburg. They can take you right away to assist you with all your Verizon Wireless needs.
