Brandon was disrespectful poor service i forgot my i.d. i admit my fault 30 min drive i offered my pic of i.d and pic of passport and was rude and disrespectful at the time of saying no....i think he could have just said no sorry can't do it...instead he was rude and disrespectful...never using this shipping company ever again.
The worst delivery service. My shipment was damaged and late! Originally it was scheduled for delivery on Tuesday, but I got it only on Friday. On Tuesday they told me it I`ll get it on Wednesday. On Wednesday they told me I`ll get it on Thursday. On Thursday they told me I`ll get it on Friday. Finally, I got it on Friday by the end of the day so I could not call to a store where I purchased an item and claim a damage, because they were closed. All these days, they didn't even try to contact with me and reschedule the delivery. I was calling them all these days. I had an awful experience with this company.
