I’ve done a lot of moving - from moving model homes for a general contractor to my own personal moves . I tend to be a problematic customer when it comes to moving as I usually want things done a specific way and typically have quite a few questions. New Planet was professional from start to finish! Lauren went above and beyond to accommodate a specific request that I made. Their communication was top notch, no surprises in the pricing, the guys moved quickly and carefully. Everyone who works here is so amazing and caring. They have been in the Valley for years and I’ve used them multiple times across the years. Highly respectable and I’m really happy with the results as well. I was moving from Mobile, Alabama to Reno. And I’ve never used a company before and i thought to try this out and didn’t know if they could come all the way to Alabama. I tell you they made their way in a quickie and moved my things out ASAP. I’m glad I found a diamond company to go to. So long Alabama and thank you new planet for the great help.
No disappointments at all I’ve used them once before this. and all that I have to say is it was a 10/10 job done.
