Bought a special edition of a game for a friend abroad. Drove 40 min to this store to pick it up. Was an opened package(not specified beforehand) without the game case. Found out after paying to ship it. Had to drive back. Pick up case and ship it as well. Not even so much as an apology from the employees for the mistake.nnLong story short. Go to a different location.
I have been there before. But this time I had to call to help troubleshoot my game system. Very patient people. Definitely helped me.
If you desperately need a game that is out( if they have it) go here. But if you can avoid this place in any way, do.
I wish I would have walked 100 more feet to Walmart so I can buy games there instead...I bought madden 21 yesterday , didn’t like it , and wanted to return today and all the guy could say is “we don’t do returns but I could trade it in for 17$”....are you kidding me! I PAID 42$ FOR THE GAME AND CANT RETURN IT IN BRAND NEW CONDITION BECAUSE IT WAS OPENED!?!?!? I won’t be coming back to buy games from these guys anymore.
The service here is great. They always treat me like a valued customer.
