Rep was not good at explaining how the u pack works.

Great service! Very easy, and reliable. My items arrived the exact same way that I packed them and they were delivered on time, as promised. Cost effective and great customer service. I would recommend 100% to anyone moving across states.

Really great service. We only needed 1 cube, and they moved the cube from Vegas to Texas in around a week. Pickup and delivery went well. Professional and courteous to deal with. No sneaky sales tactics, just the facts. Prices were much better than renting a moving truck. I would use them again.
