We received service within a moment of entering the door. The young sales girl was completely knowledgeable, helpful and gave facts that she referenced to print resources in her hand. She gave suggestions toward a future purchase as she opened the product and looked with us, pointing out benefits to each kind of appliance, which we were quick to note did not appear in the appliances shown in big box stores. There was absolutely no pressure and she/the business will be following up as we had additional questions about delivery/availability options in this Covid time. Very impressed

Needed a new freezer 2 years ago - same exact one at HD was almost $200 more. Had it delivered & they took the old one away. (Owner was great to deal with.) Our dehumidifier recently died & they were $100 less than 2 places I checked. There was a super nice young lady who pulled the display out of the window so we could check the size of the reservoir. Don't expect a big fancy store, but you will great prices...and you're buying local.

Mike has guided us with getting our kitchen appliances in the past and he just helped us replace our washer that broke the other day as well as the matching dryer. Very thankful he had them in stock so I didn't have to go to the laundry mat!

Bought a refrigerator. Prices were good. No frills kind of store. Staff was nice and quite helpful.
