Tredd's Self Storage Software

My computer got a virus and I had to reinstall windows. They wanted to charge me 150$ for a new key for the software I already paid 500$ for because their keys are one time use. I spoke with management to explain the situation and they didn't even let me finish explaining they just tried selling me a 300$ a year support plan I don't need.
